Personal warning:
Do not think about Time theories too much, otherwise it 'will' spin your head-out so much you may get sick. Trust me I know, because I am use to thinking this deep.

Law III. Changing Time and its laws.
- Time can be changed if one had the power to reverse oneself through the Physical-Temporal-Rift (PTR), in short: Time-travel. When changing Time, so many time-relative element get involved and which depend on:
- How far back in Time, one is going.
- What one is changing, or saving.
- Would a 'Time-circle' be possible, to keep one's timeline safe.
- Would the change in Time change the future?
- Would the change in Time

BroKeN ponies:
In case you do not know what a BroKeN pony is, it is a condition I invented, which happens in 1 of every 5,000,000 births of any pony specie.

This condition effects the individual in these ways:
-The pony always has white eyes
-The pony is unable to attain their cutie mark
-Because of the two effects above, being a BroKeN attracts discrimination, violence even death.
-This condition has also been known to massively stimilate one's genetic capabilities (in short, one has superpowers).

Cure:

I can even picture her singing this right now. Except she'd replace "Was everything a man could want to do" with "Was everything a GIRL could want to do"(assuming it's a girl I'm looking at, with the eyelashes and all.)
